It was a pleasure to guide you and teach you lots of things on different subjects, we hope to do more soon!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">We have decided to give you recaps of our lives and give you some advice, particularly on stress.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n  <span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 650; color: pink;\">\r\n    Manage your stress by <a style=\"color: pink; text-decoration: none; font-size: 20px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.guide-naturopathie.fr\/articles\/decouverte-naturopathe-description-fonctions-details\/\" onmouseover=\"this.style.textDecoration='underline';\" onmouseout=\"this.style.textDecoration='none';\">naturopathy\r\n    <\/a>\r\n  <\/span>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">We will therefore focus on managing stress, the mechanisms that occur, the consequences and how to use adaptogenic plants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">When faced with stress, we can develop 3 mechanisms: fight, flee or endure.\u00a0 In the case of prolonged stress, it is said to become chronic.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">When we are chronically stressed, symptoms can appear in our daily lives: a knotted stomach, tension, greater irritability, our emotions are on edge, our breathing can become shorter, a feeling of oppression. , hustle\u2026\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">In this case we will face 2 phases:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">The resistance phase with a drop in immunity, a disruption of blood sugar levels, an abnormal change in mood.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 17px;\">The exhaustion phase where everything will collapse both physically and psychologically. The body has reached a stage where it has exhausted all reserves.
