A problem with your product? The aim of the workshops is to teach you how to make your own homemade cosmetics and use them as soon as possible. The products you make have short shelf lives. We'll give you some tips on how to keep your products as fresh as possible after the workshops. After taking part in our workshops, products may be subject to breakage/wear/changes in appearance, for which the workshop leaders are not responsible.

To make your reservation, go to the site (Menu “Workshops”, and “Workshops by registration”). Choose the workshop according to the gift voucher you have received and the date of your choice. At checkout, enter the gift code shown on your gift voucher in the “gift code” box to benefit from your free workshop. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. The workshop must be completed within the validity of the gift card.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. After that date, unfortunately, gift cards cannot be carried forward, exchanged or refunded.

When the gift card is purchased, the recipient will receive the gift voucher in PDF format by e-mail the same day (or on the chosen delivery date). This voucher contains a code enabling them to book their own workshop on the date of their choice.

In the event of late arrival, our experts reserve the right to refuse you access to the workshop in order to respect their work and avoid disrupting the workshop. In this case, your place is unfortunately forfeited. Furthermore, if we hear nothing from you on the day of the workshop, your place will also be forfeited.  

Workshops last an average of 2 hours. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and start on time so as not to penalize the group.

Workshops are held in small groups, and our space is very limited. To ensure that the workshops run smoothly and to respect the work of our experts, it is not possible to bring an accompanying person (infant, child, adult or pet). All workshop participants, including accompanying persons (including groups), must have paid for their place before the day of the workshop.

The workshops take place in Paris at our premises, but we also travel to the Ile de France region. We combine theory and practice for a better understanding of the workshop. During the workshop, we discuss: skin basics, equipment and raw materials used and their properties, hygiene and safety rules, dosages, customizing products to suit your skin and your desires The workshop includes: the customized course, equipment, ingredients, product customization.

Our workshops last 2 hours on average and can be extended to a full day (on request). Depending on the number of participants, the duration of the workshop may vary. For example, if the workshop initially lasts 2 hours and the maximum number of participants is not reached, but the workshop still takes place, it may last 1 hour 30 minutes. They take place on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

We offer cosmetics and well-being workshops in Paris and throughout the Ile de France region for all types of public. We teach skincare and make-up creation.
